::: Metallics to Love :::

I found so many swoon-worthy metallics this week, that I just had to do another edition. This one has a bit of an “old is new” feel.

1. Lido espadrilles | 2. Patterned day planner | 3. Silver Pear Light | 4. Book darts | 5. Metallic hair bands | 6. Tailor’s Scissors | 7. Cityscape Cocktail Table | 8. Gold rock post earrings | 9. Safety deposit box | 10. Triangle stud earrings

    Always love your metallic picks but today you included two items that are serious flash from the past for me – I used to adore going to the safe deposit box with my mother – our bank (growing up) was in a spectacular old building (think marble floors corinthian pillars etc.) with a James Bond/Oceans 11 vault. And my mother, who was an amazing seamstress (among many other creative endeavors) had those scissors!!

      Loved that this brought a flood of memories back to you! These scissors are generally hard to find. I saw all gold ones in a magazine and still have not been able to track them down. Apparently you can have them gilded, says Erica of P.S. I Made This…
