{Roman & Williams}

Usually when it comes to choosing color for home decor, I gravitate toward white to make everything in my apartment look bigger. Maybe it’s because fall is approaching that today,  I am feeling the opposite, and loving all the slick black used by husband and wife team Roman + Williams.

They are the genius behind 211 Elizabeth street, the Standard Hotel, the Ace Hotel in NY, and the set design of several feature films. Their appreciation for original materials, industrial eclectic vintage, and slick surfaces reign in all of their work. They have branched into designing interiors for select clients, and will soon begin designing products.
